Albert Andrews

Albert Coley Andrews, 60, of Jackson passed away surrounded by love on July 19, 2024. Albert was born December 9, 1963 to Mack Sr. and Addie Mae Andrews. Albert had worked as an electrician all his life; he was a dedicated and loyal employee who gave his all in every task. He enjoyed working with horses with his father and brother and was an excellent rider. Albert was a strong southern man who was dedicated to his family. He cherished his immediate family dearly and always made sure his extended family and friends knew they could call on him for a helping hand, a listening ear or a good laugh. He loved his children and grandchildren immensely. Albert earned the title "Pama" from his grandchildren who adored him and will forever miss hearing his enthusiastic greetings and the joy of a visit to Mamaw and Pama's.

Albert is survived by his wife of 40 years, Lisa Andrews; children, Corey Andrews (Dana) and Stephanie Atchison (Kyle); grandchildren, Chance Andrews, Lucy Atchison, Lena Atchison, Lottie Atchison and Logan Andrews; siblings, Mack Andrews, Jr, Ruby Andrews (Mike) and Johnny Andrews; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mack Sr. and Addie Mae Andrews; son, Coley Andrews; and nephews, Adam Maultsby and Tripp Carter.

Services will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at Lathan Funeral Home, Jackson. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral begins at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow in Peniel Baptist Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be TJ Motes, Zachary Mores, Tyler Motes, Ed Wood, Ronnie Hudson, Bill Hudson, Jim Hudson and Clint O'guynn.
