Andrew 'Sonny' Eugene Jones Jr., 73, of Jackson, passed away August 15, 2021. Born on July 16, 1948. Sonny retired from Boise Paper Company, he was one of their plant electricians.
Preceded in death by his father, Andrew E "Nib" Jones, mother Daisy Atchison Jones Wilson, maternal grandmother, Allie B. Jordan Atchison, maternal grandfather, Henry Atchison. Paternal grandparents, Mary Frances Herring Jones and Robert C. Jones, Sr.
Surviving by his sister, Lisa Wilson Morris, and son, Andrew Jones.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Chatom Town Cemetery with Rev. Holly Morales officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.
