Christine Daniels

Christine Mosley Daniels, 93, of Leroy, passed away on July 2, 2024, at the Washington County Nursing Home. She was born in Washington County on July 15, 1930, to parents CV and Lena Mosely.

Christine went to Hobson Technical College in Thomasville, Alabama and earned her LPN license and started an almost 20 year long nursing career. She also loved being a housewife and mother and was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church.

Christine is preceded in death by her husband, Simeon G. Daniels; parents, all of her siblings and one great grandchild.

She is survived by her sons, Simeon R. Daniels (Debbie) of Savannah, TN; Paul D. Daniels (Denesse) of Leroy, AL, Michael W. Daniels (Barbara) of Tallasee, AL, and John T. Daniels (Jenny) of Opelika, AL; 17 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 5, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home, Chatom. Graveside Service will be Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Womack Hill Cemetery in Gilbertown with Bro. Greg Morris officiating.
