Arcie Busby

Arcie V. Busby, 92, of Millry, passed away March 13, 2018. She was born August 15, 1925 to Charles and Prenie Tate. A member of Shady Grove Baptist Church in Millry, she enjoyed spending time with her family and many friends and had been employed in the hotel industry.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William Adney Busby.
She is survived by her children, Bonnie M. Mooney, Arthur Ray (Marcelle) Busby, Brenda Kay Williamson, George Thomas Busby; sister Lossie Mae Dearmon; 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and ten great, great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Shady Grove Baptist Church in Millry with Rev. Ray Odom officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at the church cemetery with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Ray Busby, David Cuevas, Tim Cuevas, Austin Busby, Zack Cuevas and Brian Turner.
