Betty Hair

Betty Key Hair, 68, of Fruitdale, passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Covenant Care Hospice at Providence Hospital. She was born in Waynesboro, MS on October 17, 1952 to Forest Arthur Key and Helen McAdams Key. An active member of Fruitdale Brethren Church, she has primarily been a homemaker. She enjoyed crochet and making floral arrangements, especially for her church and home.
She as preceded in death by her parents; husband, Isaiah Hair, Jr. and siblings, Bobby Key and Charlotte Key.
She is survived by siblings, Jimmy (Helen) Keyes, Bill Key, Deborah (Jay) Phillips; special friends, Cindy (Dannie) Williams, Liz (Maurice "Pod") Price; goddaughter, Danielle Mizell and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Grace Williams Cemetery in Fruitdale with the Rev. Maurice Price officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.
