Betty Roberts

Betty Levins Roberts, age 81, born Feb. 2, 1934, left for home on Feb. 26, 2015.


Mrs. Roberts was a resident of Jackson, Alabama. She was a retired clerk for AT&T Telephone Company, and operated a child care business for many years after her initial retirement. She was a member of Forest Avenue Baptist Church in Jackson.




She is survived by 3 children, son Michael (Tina) Roberts, Opelika, AL., daughter Debra (Bill) Odom, Jackson, AL., and daughter Robin (Marty) Pulliam, Mobile, AL.




She is survived by two brothers, William Levins, Bay Minette, AL., Ronnie (Linda) Levins, Saraland, AL., and sister-in-law Ginger Levins, Bay Minette, AL.


She was preceded in death by brother Ray Levins and sister-in-law Dell Levins.




Grandchildren are; Alex Roberts, Denver, CO., Becky (Trae) Bedsole, Birmingham, AL., Sarah Katherine Roberts, Opelika, AL., Moriya Beck, Jackson, AL., Tyler (Liz) Pulliam, Ryne Pulliam, and Kaylee Pulliam, all from Mobile, AL.




Great grandchildren are Noah and Anna Pulliam, Mobile, AL.




Service will be at Forest Avenue Baptist Church, 1120 Forest Avenue, Jackson, AL.


Family visitation will be 1:30 PM, regular visitation at 2:00 PM, and funeral service at 3:00 PM, with graveside service to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson.




Pallbearers will be Bobby Brooks, Brett Odom, Tommy Smith, Alex Roberts, Tyler Pulliam, and Trae Bedsole.
