Bobby Bouler

Bobby Derrell Bouler-67, of Grove Hill passed away on February 10, 2016. Born November 19, 1948 to Benjamin and Gladys Boykin Bouler. Survived by wife, Frances Dunagan Bouler. Daughters, Catherine Elizabeth Bouler (Spencer Bair), Amanda Bouler (Wes) Soper, Rebecca Leigh Bouler. Grandchildren; Kameron Philip Rooks, Westyn Rylee Soper, MaKenna Blake Hill and Christopher Brody Hill. Sisters; Linda (Ken) Brooks, Susan (John) Lohr, Marsha Eteredge (Darrell Kelley).Preceded in death by his parents.


Bobby will be truly missed by all of those who loved him. He worked at Frank's body shop and participated within the horse show circuit as a farrier and showman. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed raccoon hunting with family and friends.


Bobby was a decorated Marine and served his country proudly in the Vietnam War, earning the Combat Action Ribbon and Rifle Sharpshooter Badge.


Pallbearers are Spencer Bair, Wes Soper, Jed Dunagan, Alan Cole Dunagan, Kameron Rooks, Larry Sheffield, Ken Brooks, and David Wilson. Honorary Pallbearers; Westyn Soper, Brody Hill, Blake Hill.


Funeral Services will be Monday, February 15, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill, with Bro. Leon Parnell officiating, 20334 Hwy 43, Grove Hill, AL. Also there will be a visitation Monday from 1-2 p.m. before services.
