Bryan Baxter

Bryan Keith Baxter, 60, of Bay Minette, passed away on January 13, 2025. He was born on January 28, 1964, in Chatom. Bryan was a retired 'Rockstar Cook' at Waffle House, where he had many loyal customers and friends. He served his country honorably in the National Guard. He loved watching the Tennessee Volunteers football games, he rarely missed watching a game. He loved spending time outdoors fishing and would go every chance he had. Wolves were an animal of interest to him, and respected all facets of their lives, and his faithful companion Samson was always by his side.

Preceded in death by grandfather Roland Baxter and grandmother Katie Ann Barnes Baxter.

Survived by his wife Shelly Baxter, children Michael Keith (Michelle) Baxter, Katelyn Baxter, Wade Baxter, Kristin Clark, Kaci McCoy, grandchildren Eli Darden, Zoey Darden, Anna Grace Davis, Ethan Vaughn, Hannah Vaughn, Natalliegh Martinez. His mother Annette Caten, brothers Mike Baxter, Roland (Tracy Eitzelword fiancé) Caten, Glenn (Dotty) Gilley, sisters Susan Gilley Smith, Heather (Todd) Kemp, nephews Patrick Gilley, Heath Gilley, nieces Heather Dantzler, Elaina Fairow, also many other extended family members and loving friends.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Gilley, Jimmy Moorer, John Clark, Peyton Weaver, Cameron Meers, and Zach Kelley.
