Charlotte Harrison

Charlotte Mauldin Harrison, 76, of Grove Hill, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born in Thomasville on February 10, 1944 to Woodrow Mauldin and Nell Rea Cassidy Mauldin, both of whom preceded her in death. A retired teacher’s aide at Wilson Hall Middle School in Grove Hill, she was a member of Pine View Baptist Church in Thomasville. She enjoyed fishing and camping, horse shows and helping with the horses in the family business, Paradise Stables. She also frequented the family river home at Paradise Point and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Harrison; sons, Doug (Diana) Harrison, Michael (Doreen) Harrison; grandchildren, Jacob (Molly) Harrison, Caleb (Mary Owen) Harrison, Mike Harrison, Kalee Harrison; great-grandchildren, Jordan Harrison, Baylee Harrison, Wyatt Harrison, Ethan Harrison, Owens Harrison; brother, Woodie (Jane) Mauldin and numerous other relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Magnolia Lawn Cemetery in Grove Hill with the Rev. Renea Henderson officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Counselman, Caleb Harrison, Mike Harrison, Drew Mauldin, Matt Mauldin and Terrence O’Neal.
