Christina Daughtery

Christina "Nina" Nix Daugherty, 35, of Saraland, passed away Friday, June 4, 2021 at Mobile Infirmary in Saraland. She was born in Birmingham on August 19, 1985. A homemaker, she adored her family and loved spending time with them helping others. She was a very humble woman of God who always put others first. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Jordan, and often accompanied him on his many business trips.
She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Ray Nix.
She is survived by her husband, Jordan Daugherty; mother, Lisa Snyder Nix; children, Tyler Nix, Leigha Daugherty, Aubrianna Mabry; siblings, Michael Nix, Jennifer Nix, Whitney Argo; grandmother, Martha Jeanette Davis; aunts, Donna Snyder, Tommie Lynn Adams and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, June 7, 2021 at Stephens United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ernest Henson officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in the church cemetery with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Patrick Daugherty, Scott Daugherty, Stephen Daugherty and Henry Walker.
