Christopher Abston

Christopher Wilson “Chris” Abston, 43, of Livingston and formerly of Jackson, passed away at his residence on Thursday, October 8, 2020. He was born in Butler on May 24, 1977. A fan of the University of Alabama, he was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed woodworking, going to the beach, camping and playing games with his children. He had been employed as a production manager with WestRock in Eutaw.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Lynn Brady Abston.
He is survived by his children, Juliana Abston, Kaylee Abston, John Clayton Abston, Cade Abston; father, Larry W. Abston; sister, Suzanne (Ed) Arrington; numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson with the Rev. Kevin Stewart officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior the service.
