Emily Marie Lawson, 31, of Jackson died August 30, 2019. Emily was born January 14, 1988 to Jackie and Kay Lawson. She attended Jackson High School. Emily enjoyed playing softball, fishing and being in nature but most of all she loved her children.
Emily ‘Elly May Clampett” is survived by her parents, son, Davion Jordan, daughter, Maria Shante Jordan, siblings, Joshua Dwight (Ashley) Lawson, Shaquille Scott, and LaShae New, niece Alexa J. Lawson, nephew, Joshua Dwight Lawson II, boyfriend, Dalton Carlisle and numerous other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Bessie Myers and Emitt and Mary Lawson,
A celebration of Life service will be held at the Old Lock One Park in Jackson on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 4:00 pm. Condolences may be offered at www.lathanfuneralhome.com.
