Francis West

Francis "Franny" West, 66, of Jackson, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Jackson Health Care Facility. He was born in Wilmington, DE on Tuesday, November 29, 1955. He had been a resident at Jackson Health Care Facility for twelve years and loved socializing with the other residents and especially the staff whom he loved as if they were his family. He loved eating and Coca Cola and was an avid fan of Batman. He had a huge respect for first responders such as police and fire fighters as well as the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kay Faron West.
He is survived by his siblings, Bruce (Terri) West, Fred (Elaine) West, Mary (Michael) Boucher, Karin Armstrong, Cheri (Tom) Boucher; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. and casual dress is requested.
