Franklin Anderson

Franklin Anderson, 85, of Jackson, passed away December 24, 2016 at Jackson Healthcare Facility. He was born July 10, 1931 to Walter and Mary Jane Walker Anderson. He was a Sunday School teacher and deacon at Stave Creek Baptist Church where he was a lifetime member. He was also the owner and contractor of Andy's Construction and a strong supporter of the NRA.



He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dollie Anderson and son, Officer Keith Anderson.



He is survived by his son, Craig (Rebecca) Anderson and three grandchildren, Raegan Delaney Anderson, Jacob Keith Anderson and Jeanne ReeAnne Anderson.



Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Stave Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Ellis officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.



Pallbearers will be Jake Anderson, Mike Sheffield, David Sheffield, David Anderson, John Sheffield and Johnny Heritage.
