Georgia Dungan

Georgia Lenora Pipkin Dungan, 78, of Thomasville, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born on November 10, 1941 in Toone, TN to George Stephen Pipkin and Ruby Geneva Stewart Pipkin. She had been employed with Wal-Mart as a customer service representative and attended Thomasville Church of God. She was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed planting flowers and cooking for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Danny Gray Leonard, Edwin Dungan and sons, Dannie Grey Leonard and Charles Allen Leonard.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna McCart; grandchildren, Nicole Green, Drew (Anna) Green, Taylor Green, Logan Joiner, Lauren Sealy; great-grandchildren, Lillian Green, Dalton Green, Nathan Green, Eli Sealy, Grey Sealy; daughter-in-law, Beth Leonard and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Thomasville Church of God with the Revs. Josh Gill and Bill Flynn. Interment will follow the service at Bashan Baptist Cemetery with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
