Harry "Bob" Spidle

Harry Robert "Bob" Spidle, Jr., 63, died Friday, November 11, 2022. Bob was born June 18, 1959 to Harry Robert Sr. And Myrtle Ruth Spidle. He loved being outdoors: hunting, fishing and spending time with his friends and family. Bob was a known entertainer who enjoyed cooking for his friends and family especially during football season when he would host them at his "Man Cave" for his beloved University of Alabama games. Above all, Bob loved his family and the Lord.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Linda Spidle Lawrence.
He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Kathy Spidle; son, Hunter Robert Spidle; sister, Anne Spidle Baugh; special uncles, George Spidle and Michael Spidle; best friend, Doug Hutto as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11:00 am at Lathan Funeral Home, Grove Hill. Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm at Brewersville Cemetery just south of Livingston on Highway 28 near Brewersville Road.
Active pallbearers will be Doug Hutto, John Johnson, Gerald Spidle, Michael Spidle, David Spidle and Bobby Barnes.
Honorary pallbearers will be Milner Reed, Mike Walker, Jeffrey Wilkins, Tim Mixon, Adam Anderson, Johnny House and Darrell Newsome.
