James F. “Jimmy” Tompkins, 66, of Port Allen, LA passed away at his residence on Sunday, September 27, 2020. He was born in Grove Hill on May 11, 1954 to Robert L. “Toots” Tompkins and Margaret Coleman Tompkins. He was a loving father, known affectionately as “Daddy Bug” and devoted his life to care for them.
