Jeanette Baugh

Jeanette Elaine Baugh, 75, of Grove Hill, passed away at her home on November 4, 2022. She was born on June 26,1947 in Montgomery, Alabama to Albert Clay and Louise McIntyre Walker. Jeanette was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her kids and grandkids. She was a member of Bassetts Creek Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her parents, son James Sidney Baugh Jr., brother Billy Clay Walker, sisters Lyda Elaine Walker Baugh, Essie May Walker Lassiter, and Betty Ruth Haney.

Survived by her husband James Sidney Baugh Sr., daughter Donna Jo (George) Curry, her grandchildren Elizabeth Baugh, Amy Curry, Tammy (Bradley) Goodman, and Dalton Curry, great grandchildren Zoey Curry-Parnell, Bradyn Curry-Goodman, Nevaeh McLeod, Hunter Goodman, and Kaylie Curry.

Pallbearers will be Bradley Goodman, Tony Baugh, Vester Reed, Jamie Overton, Thomas Shelby, Cole Walker, Gage Baugh, and Chris Coaker. Honorary pallbearers are Eric Baugh, George Curry, and John Parker Overton.

Funeral services will be at Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 12 p.m. with a visitation one hour prior to the services. Bro. William Allison officiating and Lathan Funeral Home conducting. Interment at Bassetts Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
