Jerilyn Davis

On Nov. 1, 2018, Jerilyn Ann (Lovern) Davis woke up in the arms of God, while her husband of 50 years, Rev. Edgar Davis, her mom and dad, and numerous other friends and family that had gone before her waited their turn to embrace her.
She leaves to treasure her memories - her three children; Jim and Sandy (Davis) Boggs, Greg and Kelly Davis, and Glen and Jennifer (Davis) Werneth; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sister; Gail (Lovern) Nations, brother; Ralph Lovern, many numerous friends and other family members. She leaves a legacy of faith in God, love of family and the amazing ability to truly see the best in others. She truly lived her favorite verse, Matthew 5:16.
The memorial service will be held on Nov. 12, 2018 at Lathan Funeral Home, 1867 Highway 43, Jackson AL at 3:00 PM with interment at the Gaddis Chapel Cemetery. The Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:00 prior to the service.
