Jesse Richardson

Jesse Elmer Richardson, 84, of Frankville, AL, passed away on December 21, 2022. He was born on April 30, 1938, to parents Jesse and Lula Tyson Richardson. Jesse was a member of Frankville Baptist Church, also member of the following organizations: W.N. Reynolds Masonic Lodge #900, Sue Bell Johnson Chapter #568 Order of the Eastern Star, Santa Fe Chapter #505 Order of the Eastern Star. Jesse served his country proudly in the United States Navy, as a submariner, and later retired from Litton Shipbuilding in Pascagoula, MS. Although he never married and had children, Jesse cherished his extended family and loved to hunt, fish, and watch Alabama with them whenever he could.

Preceded in death by his parents, brother Roy Edward Richardson, nephew Ronald (Rolo) Richardson.

Survived by nephews Robert Wayne Richardson Sr., Roy E. (Molly) Richardson, Kenneth (Carol) Richardson, brother Robert Mitchell (North Carolina), sister-in-law Frances Richardson, a host of great nieces and nephews and loving friends.

Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at Frankville Baptist Church with a visitation one hour prior to services. Bro. Grant Barber officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.
