Jo Ann Jordan, 75, of Chatom, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at her residence. She was born July 2, 1944 to James and Nellie Mott. She was an active employee at the Washington County Nursing Home since 1979, serving most recently in the Activities Department.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori Parham, Nicole Lewis; grandchildren, Joshua Parham, Malori Lewis, Stratton Lewis, Cohen Lewis; sister, Mary Ruth (Lewis) Brown and numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Chatom Town Cemetery with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Washington County Nursing Home Activities Department.
