John Estis

John Andrew Estis, age 57, of Grove Hill, AL passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014. He was born on October 14, 1956 to John. W. Estis and Jessie Faye Mauldin. Mr. Estis loved going to his church, Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. He also loved his family and loved his nieces and nephews as is children. Mr. Estis was preceded in death by his nephew, Michael Kellen, Jr. He is survived by his parents, John W. "Johnny" Estis of Grove Hill, AL and Jessie Faye Estis of Mobile, AL; brother, Mark Estis of Mobile, AL and sister, Ellen Williams of Grove Hill, AL; 3 nieces, Charlotte Kellen (Terry) Smith, Natasha Williams and Heather Estis; great niece, Anna Smith and great nephew, Michael Smith. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 19, 2014 at 10:00a.m. at the Estis Cemetery. Lathan Funeral Home of Grove Hill, directing.
