Marcus Richardson

Marcus O'Neal Richardson, 51, a resident of Lucedale, MS passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2015. Mr. Richardson was born on December 13, 1963 in Jackson, AL and was a former resident of Frankville, AL. He worked as a millwright for Georgia Pacific and was an avid Alabama Football fan as well as a Nascar fan. Mr. Richardson will be lovingly remembered and missed by his family and friends.




Preceding him in death were his father, O'Neal Richardson and grandparents, Lynn and Daisy Richardson.




He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Stephanie Richardson of Lucedale, MS; son, Kain Richardson of Lucedale, MS; daughter Kaelen Richardson of Lucedale, MS; mother, Maureen Richardson of Creola, AL; step-son, Jeffery Welford of Lucedale, MS; step-daughter, June Welford (Dylan) of Daphne, AL; brother, Pat Richardson fo DeFuniak Springs, FL; sisters, Sharon Rayborn (Wayne) of Orlando, FL and Rhonda Wiggins of Creola, AL; step-grandchildren, Rosalyn and Landon; and nieces and nephews, Blake Richardson, Ashley Richardson, Tyler Palmer, Molly Wiggins and Alexa Rayborn.




Funeral Service will be Thursday, December 17, 2015 at 11:00 am at Lathan Funeral Home, Chatom with Pastor Seth Richardson officiating. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service.
