Margaret Dearmon

Margaret Ann Dearmon, 63, a homemaker of Millry, AL passed away on Tues., February 17, 2015 at her home. She was born on February 24, 1951 in Mobile, AL to the late James B. Thompson, Sr. and Margaret Parnell Thompson. She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Brittany Gates. Mrs. Dearmon was a member of Dearmon Fork Freewill Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Tony Dearmon of Millry, AL; 3 children, Cynthia Ann McVay of Gadsden, AL, Len L. Gates, Jr. of Coffeeville, AL and James (Angela) Gates of Grand Bay, AL; 9 siblings, James B. Thompson, Jr. of Columbus, OH, Elaine (Frank) Nolan of Thomasville, AL, Janice (David) Mayhair of Milton, FL, Theresa (Homer) Nolan of McAllister, OK, Buster (Melvaline) Thompson of Foley, AL, Charlie Thompson of Columbus, OH, Christina Thompson of Columbus, OH, Mike Thompson of Coffeeville, AL and Betty (Johnny) Autry of Coffeeville, AL; 4 grandchildren, Jade Gates, Justin Len Gates, Joseph Lee McVay and Brandon Parker. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 12:00PM until the 2:00PM service time at Dearmon Fork Freewill Baptist Church. Pastor Darrel Butts will officiate.
