Marion Andrews

Marion Glenn Andrews, 77, died September 15, 2018. Mr. Andrews was born November 23, 1940 to the late James Chester and Robbie Cassity Andrews. He served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era working with cargo shipments as well as assisting veterans in the hospital. Mr. Andrews had retired from Scotch Lumber. He also owned a consulting business advising lumber mills on equipment.

Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mack Andrews.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Sheffield Andrews; children, Marcus Bennett, Thomas Andrews (Brenda), and Denise Thibodeaux (Sean); step-children, Rhonda Bennett Kelly (Tim) and Kenneth Neal Bennett; grandchildren, Ethan Trayce Flowers, Caleb Austin Flowers, Brayden Marcus Bennett, Christopher Andrews (Olivia), Corrigan Thibodeaux, Cody Shoemaker (Lauren), and Erica Andrews; great grandchild, Callen Glenn; brothers, James Chester Andrews, Jr. (Yvonne) and Jerry Andrews (Ann); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Services will be Monday, September 17, 2018 at Liberty Baptist Church in Fulton. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 3:00 pm with Bro. Bill Faircloth and Bro. Fred Odom officiating. Interment will follow in Grove Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his nephews, Sid Andrews, Terry Andrews, James Andrews, and Nick Gibson; his grandsons, Trayce Flowers and Austin Flowers as well as Michael Nelson, Jody Daniels, and Eric Walker.
