Marion H. Turner Sr., 81, of Hawthorn, passed away on September 2, 2022, in Mobile, AL. He was born on September 16, 1940 to Clarence Ebb and Ethel Crawford Turner. Mr. Turner served in the United States Army. Marion retired for Olin and loved spending time outdoors hunting or fishing, turkey hunting was his favorite.
Preceded in death by his parents, son Dennis Turner, and sister Bessie Mosely.
Survived by his brother Clarence Norel Turner, his sons Marion Turner Jr., Carl Dean Turner, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family, and loving friends.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Bethel United Church in Seaboard with Bro. Kenneth Ball officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.
