Marion Wilson

Marion Joann Wilson, 82, of Jackson, passed away January 15, 2019 at Gulf Coast Health and Rehabilitation Nursing Home in Mobile. She was born July 29, 1936 to Marion Dick Shrader and Vernie Evelyn Collins Shrader in Blue Field, WV. She was a member of Walker Springs United Methodist Church and enjoyed spending time at her home with husband, Brennan Peavy Wilson. She enjoyed sewing and farming.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, as well as siblings Gladys Loretta Shrader, Dick Clinton Shrader and Ellen Marie Shrader.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Judy Ellen Wilson Fowler; two step-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

A graveside service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019 at the Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Gainestown with the Rev. Renea Henderson officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson.
