Infirmary. She was born September 24, 1935 to Lee and Hester Roberts. A member of Ulcanush Baptist Church in Coffeeville, she was also a retired seamstress with Vanity Fair. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and spent much of her time preparing meals for them.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donnie Lee Parden and sisters, Elray Mills, Bertie Staville and Gladys Bedwell.
She is survived by her sons, Timmy (Linda) Parden, Joe (Janee) Parden; grandchildren, Shawn Hannah, Ethan (Ester) Parden, Lane Parden and great-grandchildren, Emma Parden and Sarah Parden; brother, Glover (Francis) Roberts and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Ulcanush Baptist Church with the Revs. Bennie Harrison, Larry Cox and Jesse Griffith officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 5 to 7 p.m. and 1 p.m. until service time on Tuesday. Interment will follow the service at the church cemetery with Lathan Funeral home directing.
Pallbeareres will be Dudley Boyd, Stacey Dunagan, Logan Gardner, Gene Montgomery, Larry Parden and Garry Parden.
Honorary pallbearers will be Hank Dunagan, Deulon Dunagan, Ned Dunagan, Zachary Roberts, David Overton, J.P. Walker and James Newton
