Mrs. Sue Atchison

Sue Carol Atchison, 68, of Jackson, passed away February 22, 2017 at Providence Hospital in Mobile. She was born November 8, 1948 to Mermon Lenier Roberts and Clara Odie Anderson Roberts. She as a homemaker and member of Jackson First Assembly of God.



She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Floyd Atchison and siblings, Jeanette White, Iris Harwell and Betty Jo Mitchem.



She is survived by her children, Brett Atchison, Stacy Atchison; grandchildren, Hope Atchison, Jake Atchison and siblings, Inez Fleming, Mera Roberts, Ronita Hudson, Ramona Sisk and Len (Edna Lynn) Roberts.



Visitation will be Friday, February 24, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Lathan Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Jackson First Assembly of God with the Revs. E.C. Russell and Charles Lenn officiating. Interment will follow the service at River Hill Baptist Church.



Pallbearers will be Len Roberts, Bobby Atchison, Roy Atchison, Ronnie Atchison, Joe Fleming, Jim White, Frank L. Harwell and Jerry Anderson



Honorary pallbearers will be David Atchison, Mark Atchison, Chip Atchison, Chad Atchison, Robbie Atchison, Jason White, Matthew Bullock, Chris Harwell, Jon Harwell, Byron Faircloth, Blaine Champion, Keith Townsend, Scott Townsend and David Harwell.
