Myrtle Lee Davidson Hare, 71, of Fruitdale, passed away Monday, May 3, 2021 at Mobile Infirmary. She was born in Montgomery on October 19, 1949 to George Edward Davidson, Sr. and Jessie Marie Cauley Davidson. She had been a homemaker and was a member of Four Points Baptist Church in Fruitdale. She enjoyed spending time with her family, long drives, a Coca-Cola and animals of all kinds.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, George Edward Davidson, Jr. and Georgia Ann Taylor.
She is survived by her children, Will (Missy) Hare, Helen (David) Hare, Mark (Heather) Hare; grandchildren, Windol (Gabby) Hare, Brittany (Crystal) Hare, Bama (Justin) Cullifer, Colby (Angela) Hare, Adrian C. Hare, Shelby (Curtis) Strickland, Dalton (Madison) Hare, Brayden J. Hare; great-grandchildren, Chloe Hare, Ensleigh Hare, Wynter Strickland, Vivian Hare; siblings, Mary Frances Gardner, Tom Rickey (Pam) Davidson; father of her children, John Dewey Hare and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Four Points Baptist Church with the Rev. Leland James officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Four Points Cemetery with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Adrian Hare, Colby Hare, Dalton Hare, Mark Hare, Will Hare and Windol Hare.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brayden J. Hare, John Dewey Hare, Jack Thornton and Jeff Thornton.
