Patricia Elaine Stuckey Dixon, 75, of Jackson, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Pensacola, FL. She was born in Jackson on December 4, 1946. An active member of the First Baptist Church of Jackson, she was a devoted and beloved wife, mother, grandmother "Sweet P", teacher, and friend. Spending time with her family brought her the most joy. She loved crafting, making special treasures for her grandchildren, golf cart rides with her husband, camping with her children and grandchildren and visits to the beach. She saw beauty all around her and taught her family to delight in the small things. Mostly, she loved Jesus and found her comfort, joy and security in Him.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Marjorie Stuckey.
She is survived by her husband Frank H. Dixon; son, Joshua Franklin Dixon; daughter, Jessica Dixon Cassity; step-daughter, Bridgette Dixon Rider; grandchildren, Bryce Edward Ridenour, Elizabeth Grace Dixon, Samuel Joshua Dixon, Madeline Ruth Dixon, Michael Elijah Cassity, Owen Franklin Cassity, and Marji Eden Cassity.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 10, 2022, at First Baptist Church of Jackson with Dr. Ben Stubblefield officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am-11:00am, with the service starting at 11:00am. Interment will follow the service at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Jackson with Lathan Funeral Home directing.
Pallbearers will be Rick Finch, Allen Finch, Dwayne Dixon, Todd Dixon, Neil Goldman, Thad Goldman, Jason Renner and Drew Renner.
