Rosemarie Boyles

Rosemary Weldert Boyles, 90, formerly of Leroy and Semmes, passed away Monday, December 20, 2021 at her son's residence in Clanton. She was born in Germany on April 12, 1931. She had been raised in the Catholic Church, but she became active in Baptist churches in recent years. She had been employed with Kmart and enjoyed crochet and travel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ludwig Weldert and Josefine Weldert and husband, Thomas Kimbell Boyles.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Sheila) Boyles; grandsons, Robby (Pamela) Jackson, Chris (Carol) Boyles and great-grandchildren, Mary Beth Jackson and Garrett Jackson.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Pinecrest Cemetery in Jackson with the Rev. Bill Dortch officiating and Lathan Funeral Home directing.
