Tony Dearmon Jr.

Tony Carlton "T.C." Dearmon, Jr., 37, of Chatom, passed away January 21, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 25, 1979 to Tony Carlton, Dearmon, Sr. and Barbara Thompson Newton. An avid Alabama fan and member of Leroy Baptist Church, he loved hunting, fishing and spending time at home with his wife and children.


He is survived by his parents; wife, Kandace Newton Dearmon; children, Jace Dearmon, Halle Dearmon and sisters, Tracy (Byron) Atchison and Barbara (Ray) Carpenter.


Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on January 26, 2017 at Leroy Baptist Church with the Rev. James Watkins and Cory Tate officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Hobson Community Cemetery located near Hobson Assembly of God Church.


Pallbearers will be Robby Tate, Cory Tate, Jerry McIlwain, Terry Williams, Doug Tanner, and Dalton Harrison.


Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Washington County Hospital and Nursing Home, Carl and Rhonda Doggett, Linda Randolph and Carla Tate.
