Virginia Wiggins

Virginia "Shin" Gibson Wiggins, age 80, of Grove Hill, AL passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Mrs. Wiggins was born on April 24, 1934. She was a member of Grove Hill United Methodist Church. She enjoyed being a member of the Grove Hill Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and the Study Club. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 20, 2014 from 10:00-11:00 at Lathan Funeral Home in Grove Hill with the funeral service beginning at 11:00. Burial will follow in the Grove Hill Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Mikey Wiggins of Grove Hill, AL; step son, Michael D. Wiggins of Arlington, WA; 2 sisters, Sue (Jackie) Duke of Grove Hill, AL and Jackie G. (Charlie) Summers of Mt. Juliet, TN; a brother, Thomas (Earline) Gibson of Mobile, AL; grandson, Karl Wiggins of Arlington, WA and a host of nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Pilots for Christ.
