William Winfred Hardy, 56, of Clarke County, Alabama, was born on October 4th
1965 to parents LB. Winfred Hardy and Kathryn Pauletta Hardy in Mio,
Michigan. He was called home to heaven on July 13th, 2022.
William was a proud resident of Clarke County for 24 years where he shared his
life with his wife of 15 years, Dawn Hardy, and stepson, Henry Do. Faith remained
at the center of his family as he served as a media member of the Family Worship
Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In addition to practicing his faith, William
prided himself on his career as a design engineer for the Alabama Department of
Transportation along with a variety of interests including traveling with his wife,
sharing his passion for Jesus Christ with others, reading, and collecting various
historical keepsakes. He was especially proud to tell others about his experiences
during his trip to Israel in 2017.
William was proceeded in death by parents L.B. and Kathryn Hardy. He is
survived by his wife, Dawn, and stepson Henry (Brooklyn) Do, along with a host
of other beloved family members. A memorial will be held to honor his life at 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2022 with a visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries
