Wintry Faile

Wintry York Faile, age 91, a resident of Fulton, AL passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Faile was a native of Salitpa, AL and was born on November 8, 1924 to Edwin T. York and Florence Beck York. She was a clerk at the Fulton Pharmacy and a member of First Baptist Church of Fulton. Mrs. Faile was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bernard "Buseye" Faile, son, Bobby Ray Faile, six brothers and four sisters. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy (Harvey Ray) Brunson of Grove Hill, AL; brother, Thurman (Grace) York of Salitpa, AL; four grandchildren, Ricky (Trudy) Faile, Russell (Mary Lynn) Brunson, Bonnie Brunson (Brian) Carroll and Kerri (Joseph) Williams and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Fulton beginning at 11AM with Rev. Keith Johnson and Rev. Michael Bedsole officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Magnolia Lawn Cemetery in Grove Hill. Active pallbearers will be Jody Daniels, Daniel Fendley, Arlen York, Larry York, Russell Brunson and Brian Carroll. Honorary pallbearers will be First Baptist Church of Fulton's Women II Sunday School Class and the Lucile Fendley Sunday School Class.
